Orders and Shipping
In-stock items are dispatched within 1-3 business days. For pre-orders and made-to-order pieces, the timeframe is stated on the product page.
Shipping is free on orders above a certain amount; below that threshold, a volumetric-weight (desi) based fee is shown at checkout.
Returns and Care
Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Owing to their handmade nature, small variations are not considered defects.
Most pieces can be washed in the dishwasher on a low temperature; even so, hand washing extends their lifespan.
