Delivery
Orders are shipped via our contracted courier; fragile items are packaged separately. For international shipments, customs/tax conditions are communicated at checkout.
Returns
For damaged/defective items, you can create a return request with evidence (a photograph). Custom/MTO/one-of-a-kind items are excluded from returns.
