Parties and Subject
This agreement governs the terms of the sale concluded at a distance between KAIIRA Ceramics (seller) and the buyer.
Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Personalised/made-to-order (custom) items and products that, by their nature, are not suitable for return fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.
Delivery and Payment
After payment approval, the product preparation + shipping time is stated on the product page.
